Malbon

Originally established as a railway camp, today Malbon is home to a small community of people who truly love the peace and solitude of the bush. The town is now a collection of dwellings and sheds, the nearest town service is 46 kilometres away, but the locals who live here would not want it any other way.

Fun Fact

During World War II, the Malbon Railway Station was managed by a Station Mistress during the day and a Night Officer during the evening.
